“Konaklamam süresince kendimi huzurlu, güvende ve rahat hissetmem gerekirken; aksine ciddi bir tedirginlik ve güvensizlik duygusu yaşadım. Özellikle mahremiyetimin ihlal edildiğini düşündüren bir durumla karşılaşmam, gece boyunca kaygı yaşamama ve kendimi koruma ihtiyacı hissetmeme neden oldu. Ayrıca kahvaltı çok başarızdı. Çalışanları çok kötüydü. Sadece bina güzel manzara harika ama gerisi yok. ”

“It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super……

“Excellent hotel with a perfect location close to Beşiktaş. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of choices. A special thank you to Nusra and Idris for their outstanding service and warm hospitality, and to the hotel manager for the thoughtful welcome gift. I will definitely stay at Melas Hotel again!”

“Beautiful place to stay, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy and the AC was a lifesaver in the Turkish heat. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. And the cats that hang around out front are simply gorgeous. There is a lovely terrace with ample seating and the hotel is conveniently located near yildiz metro and 10 minutes walk from migroa supermarket and not much further to ortakoy waterfront. Only downsides are that the sink was not draining and on further inspection it……

“I had a wonderful 5 days stay at the Hyatt Centric Leven Istanbul. The hotel was super clean. The amenities were amazing especially the gym. And the staff, especially the front desk staff Mr. Mehmet, go above and beyond to fulfill customers’ requests and issues. Definitely when I come back to Istanbul I will stay at Hyatt Centric.”

“Very cozy place to stay. Extremely friendly staff. The location is amazing, just a minutes walk from sea front and Ortakoy mosque. The surrounding alleys are also very picturesque and full of nice cafes and restaurants.”

“We stayed in a triple room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was spacious, and the furniture was simple but extremely practical. There was a large enough table, a whole row of wall cabinets to hang all our clothes, good quality toiletries, easy-to-adjust shower water temperature, and a strong shower head. There was also a well-equipped kitchen. The room was also very clean. The front desk service was warm and attentive. There was nothing to complain about.”
