"I am writing to share my experience during my stay from January 16th to 19th. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and provided a highly comfortable environment. I particularly appreciated the excellent guest service; when I mentioned that the hairdryer in the room was underpowered, the staff promptly provided a high-performance one at no extra charge. Combined with the delicious breakfast and the convenient location, I had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning in the future."

"The room was spotless and neat. We had everything we needed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Reception was very helpful and met our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and the room with a city view. Everyday we awoke to a beautiful view of a mosque like structure. We were in close proximity to food and local stores and two of the largest shopping malls that I’ve seen. Loved the gym, sauna and pool. We utilized these facilities on a daily basis with ease and comfort. When I return to Istanbul, I will be staying here again. "
