The hotel was clean with modern, comfortable rooms, and the daily buffet breakfast was both varied and delicious. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its warm and welcoming team. “The room we booked was advertised as having a city view; however, it only overlooked the front street and the building directly opposite, which felt misleading and disappointing. Additionally, the stairwell lighting was very poor, making it difficult and unsafe to use when not taking the lift. Housekeeping was also below standard. My sheets were not changed for the entire 4-night stay, despite there being a visible blood stain on them from a previous guest. The breakfast was enjoyable, though……
