Amazing location

Location was great. Prompt responses to communications. Bedrooms and bathrooms could use updating and it's pricey, but overall we had a great time at the Fasching Haus Chalet.

Long weekend

This property was clean and easily accessible! The location was amazing and just a short walk to aspen mountain and into town. The views were beautiful as was the house! Definitely would come back to start again!

Lovely 2-week stay skiing in Aspen at Fasching Haus

Clean, well-equipped and up-to-date condo just two blocks from Aspen gondola and Ruby Park bus terminal makes for a great spot for a large group of friends or a family to enjoy an Aspen vacation, winter or summer. Open-plan kitchen, living, dining space was perfect for our family. Four bedrooms on lower level are smallish but great to have separate, ensuite bathrooms for privacy and rest time. (The condo’s shared hot tub was on the fritz for some of our visit, which was a minus.)

All I can say is WOW! The property was very clean, the layout was fantastic and the location was perfect. Each BR had it’s own full BA which was convenient. The check in process was flawless! It is a very short walk to shops, restaurants and the gondola! I plan to book this property again when I come back to Aspen.

Location!

This condo worked very well for our annual group trip. Love being able to walk everywhere. Very nice to have someone at the front desk to help us with check in and check out. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect Aspen location!

This house is the perfect Aspen ski house! Very well kept, beautiful views, extremely convenient to lift and town. Everyone was raving about how wonderful it was all weekend. Owner was also communicative and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Great place within walking distance of everything you need. Couldn’t think of a better place to rent downtown. James went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed. Highly recommended.
