「An inexpensive option in Aspen. Have a warm pool and staff are friendly. Bed and toilet facilities not great but acceptable. 」

「Very pretty place. Hard to find as the address on the gps is next door. A maintenance individual directed us. Watch the hotel bill. Gratuities are snuck into the bill in the restaurant. There is a resort fee but the hot tub and pool were closed. The front desk graciously dropped it」

「Air conditioning wall unit stopped and did not work, we were very hot at night. Hallways, gym area, elevators, and garage were very creepy and dirty. We were scared. We also couldn’t get any soda or bottled water because the machines only take cash. Please consider people’s safety and security, and needing to feel comfortable. The room is fine, but couldn’t use the coffee machine because cups were not wrapped in plastic for safety. Please do not charge people $500 plus. This is a $150 hotel....

「Absolutely amazing experience for my big family. We hiked from Crested Butte to Aspen and celebrated our son’s 10th birthday at the hotel. They helped us make it special for him in every way, with absolutely NO notice from me. They just went above and beyond, and the property was great! We’ll definitely be back.」

「Lovely spacious condo w a grill and small deck and a fireplace. No laundry in the unit was the only drawback. Snowmass club has an awesome heated outdoor lap pool - the very best!」
