Der Shuttle-Service in die Stadt war zuverlässig und stets pünktlich; bei kurzfristigen Planänderungen reichte ein Anruf an der Rezeption aus. Sowohl die Rezeption als auch das übrige Personal waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Poolbereich inklusive Service war besonders hervorzuheben und von hoher Qualität. 「Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again」

「The property was at a great location. The staff was helpful in providing transportation to the airport. Only complaint was that you could hear a lot of things going on outside of the room from other parts of the hotel. Outside the hotel there are a lot of stray cats and animals that dedicate in the sidewalks and was not cleaned up after a few days of staying even. But this is the neighborhood environment not the hotel. Several good restaurants in walking distance.」

「So conveniently located in such a special building - we had the room with the rooftop bath/jacuzzi - views were very cool. The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. Also - so close to everything without being in the busy area - loved it!」
