「I loved the hosts first off. And the spa tub looking at the TV was amazing. Safe area (a little steep streets if you have issues walking, but that's true of the whole town. :)) I loved Coimbra.」

「This was the most relaxing stay! We were deep in the countryside in our own stone village with great amenities and fresh bread, fruit, cheese, jam and honey for our kitchen every day. No restaurant on site or in walking distance but it was fun and challenging diving around exploring the region on back roads to get to the each town with its castle and church. 」

「Charming beautifully decorated cottages. We enjoyed fire place, deck, library, and pottery workshop. There is a delicious healthy breakfast served in the cafe every morning. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We hiked to a nearby village. We will definitely come back. 」

「We have a fantastic time at Casa EmCanto we were a family group with children aged 6 months to 10years. The facilities were amazing and enabled a really relaxing hoilday for us all. Communication from the host was really good too offering any advice we needed. We are looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you so much 」

「Super service before and during stay. If you look for a quiet intermezzo with all needed to just relax. Look no further.」

「Une nuit passée dans ce logement.Parfait pour un court séjour.Terrasse en face de la chambre très agréable. Par contre la chambre est au dernier et 4 eme étage et les escaliers sont raides. 」

Nice small shop 3 min walk away with many of the staples. Coimbra is a great town 25 mins away for days and nights out, great restaurants and supermarkets. Def need car to get about. 」

「We hadden een heerlijke vakantie! Enige nadelig puntje was dat je altijd een eind moet rijden, maar verder was het een heel fijn verblijf!」

「Staff were very nice. Rooms were simple but effective. Heating was working (some reviews dud not understand that there was a switch on the side as well as he temp control.) hot water also good. Fridge, basic cooking equipment plates etc. Bring a corkscrew and a small coffee percolator if you need them. Towels and bed sheets with a duvet all clean etc. 」
