「Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. 」

「So, you are a foreign traveler to Kyrgyzstan. You don't know the local language or your way around. Don't despair. Nurik at Friends will take great care of you. The rooms are clean, modern, and newish. The location is close to some museums. Nurik can help with arranging taxi service for you, as well as pick up or drop off at airport. He can help you to find a supermarket to get groceries or a bank to exchange money at a good rate. His English is superb. And the price was fantastic. When I return...
