I loved the apartment. Efficient use of space. Very clean. Nice people. Big modern shopping Mall about 700m from here. I walked at night regularly and felt safe. Little store across the street if you need something quickly.

Amazing stay with great amenities

We had a wonderful stay: The whole apartment was wonderful. The main bedroom had a private bathroom. Very spacious, comfortable living room with couch and dinning area (chairs and table) The kitchen had a microwave, water heater to make tea, coffee maker, coffe was even available. Oven, range, big fridge and even a freezer on top of the fridge, and a washing machine with dryer. The balcony was wonderful with incredible views during the day and at night. The swimming pool was great with cold water which was exactly the right thing for the heat. A gym was also available and a sauna. Safe area little supermarket close The center of Asuncion is easily reachable by Uber in about 15 minutes even with traffic. This place made our stay in Asuncion wonderful.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone. The internet did not work for the first week that I was staying here, which is very bad if you need to do any work. The elevator is so slow that I ended up walking up many flights of stairs every time. And there was several issues with the room in general like the drain is clogged, water is not hot, etc. I would avoid.

The lack of clean. The apartment wasn’t ready upon arrival. I slept on a used sheets. The bathroom was used and not cleaned. The person at the front desk come over to verify the situation and promise another apartment for the next day. Then someone else told me that it wasn’t possible so they sent someone to clean and change the sheets and towels the next day!
