“We were thrilled to stay at Karl’s cottage and had an amazing time as always! We were able to see deer and turkeys throughout each day and enjoy the tire and tree swings on the property with our kids, and the upstairs is perfect for running and playing when it’s too windy, rainy, or cold. The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again!”

“This property is so perfectly aesthetic it’s like living in a decor magazine but still functional- things actually work and are comfortable as well as looking nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so it’s a calm place to relax but a short walk to the downtown area for dining, wine tasting, etc. Pauline was also very responsive, we asked for a replacement propane tank for the grill and she brought it the same day!For pet owners- the yard is not fenced in so a long leash was helpful to let the dog……

“We visited in June with our extended family to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. We had 4 adult couples and one child. We had plenty of space and did not feel crowded. We hosted dinners with our extended family and had everything we needed. The host was exceptional.
