"This is a very well maintained facility. The staff was professional and courteous. The transportation from the airport to the facility and back was excellent. Only detractors are the elevator is quite small and slow. A person who suffers from claustrophobia will definitely not use it. Overall pleasant experience and definitely served its purpose. "

"This place is beautiful, very nice and upscale neighborhood, restaurants shops everywhere. Walk to the acropolis. There is no more reception service after 10 pm so if you come after 10 pm, the hotel will give/message you clear instructions how to get in the main entrance door and the hotel room via keycodes. You have to let them know in advance the time you’re coming. They will also offer a taxi service from airport or port. I would book this place again. 10/10 rating "

"Except for the front desk not being 24 hours it was fantastic I highly recommend. Just be aware if the fact front desk closes at midnight. Rooms are small but more than enough for two, three may be pushing it, but it’s bigger than a lot of hotels of the same price in Italy, France and England. I stayed at a Hilton in England after here and loved Ciel Living much better in terms of room size. "

"Excellent stay in a very convenient area. Didn't use the metro/taxi at all. Everything was in walking distance. Easy to get in using a password. Very nice room although a bit small,with a comfortable bed and a small area with a nespresso machine(capsules included), breakfast options (croissants jam, tea), a stocked fridge (water,juce and yoghurt)and a small sink to wash the cuttlery. The shower was big and clean. It would be convinient if there was a bigger countertop to place my make up...

"Great location and clean room. Comfortable bed. We had two rooms facing the Pantheon. Good breakfast. Most importantly- great location. Right in Monstraski and close to the best food all around. Did get loud on a Saturday evening but quiet otherwise. We loed this hotel and would stay again."
