Ideal place to stay in Athens! Best location for all we wanted to see in Athens! We were able to walk everywhere. Wonderful restaurants all around and shopping everywhere. The room was huge and very clean. We loved to hang out in our room enjoying the view of the Acropolis. The steps were annoying after a day out walking but so worth it for the comfortable beds and the lovely stay. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable location, right in the heart of everything. Great comms with staff and easy check in to the room. The decor is seriously cool and the pictures don’t really do it justice. Wish we could have stayed longer.

BED BUGS!!! Worst experience ever…. Athens was our first stop of the trip. I noticed red and itchy bumps around my neck after the second day. I thought it might have come from a flea from the cats roaming around the city, so I simply took a shower and put away the dirty clothes. I woke up in the middle of the following night (our last night there) by intense itchiness, and turned on the light… OMG! There were bugs in bed!!!! Five or six of them, of different sizes!!! I took pictures and Google searched. They are bedbugs! A total infestation! I freaked out and woke up the rest of my family. I googled and learned more about bed beds than I ever wanted to know. Turns out that a good percentage of people don’t react to the bites while some have severe reactions. Also some people have delayed reactions. I continued to have new bumps showing up around my necks, arms and torso for the next few days, despite of us leaving the premise and putting everything through laundry. This seriously dampened our otherwise good vacation in Greece. Also to add, I informed the front desk about the infestation. They came to the room and said that they were sorry about my experience and said that they will have pest control take care of it. Yet they did nothing for me, other than asking if there is anything they can help us with. Since at that point, we were checking out and leaving for our next destination, I wanted nothing from them but to get out of there!!

The room had a funky smell like pee when entering. It wasn’t strong enough that we complained but was noticeable to both me and my spouse. Staff was friendly, helpful and arranged airport transfer. Was a large space with plenty of room to relax. Great location for visiting sights. On a busy tourist street so was a little noisy. Would give 4 stars if not for the smell and staff was 5 star.

The room was clean, staff helpful and bonus of having a view of the acropolis while we were drinking our complimentary bottle of wine and resting in bed. Well appointed place ~ walking to restaurants, shopping and acropolis. We felt safe and arranging pick up to and from airport was excellent🌟the only snag was a Saturday night party that went to 11pm on one of the streets nearby. We could have joined the party? but having a 430am ride to the airport, early bedtime was not to be🌟🌟

A great deal in an excellent location. I loved it but the spouse felt the opposite. Room was well appointed and we were greeted by a great employee who saved us by finding a driver to the airport during a taxi strike. Our issues: (1) unattended by any staff after normal hours, (2) very unappealing entrance and steep stairs to access reception; and (3) a loud store alarm went off repeatedly from 1 am to 6 am so we never really got any sleep. I assume this was a rare moment but…
