「We had to pay twice for our first 5 nights in Kenya. We had booked Coral Beach Resort well in advance. We had prepaid for the entire stay. Hotels.com had already deducted the amount from my account on May 23, 2025. When we arrived at the hotel we had no reservation and the hotel was full. The first two nights we had to stay at another hotel, but it was available so we could stay at Coral Beach as planned for the next three nights. 「Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wirklich wunderbar. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und gepflegt und man hat gemerkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Ordnung gelegt wird. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, wir haben jedes Mal gerne im Restaurant gegessen. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Frau, die uns geholfen hat, ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu organisieren, als die Straßen gesperrt waren. Ohne ihre Hilfe hätten wir es kaum...
