Excellent help for tourists

Very friendly and helpful management. Run by a Canadian lady who is happy to guide along visitors from the US and Canada to have the best touristic experience in Athens.

This was a very easy and helpful stop after a very late night arrival at the Athens airport - very practical with a pick up arranged in advance and a drop back to the car rental, and very friendly service given that we arrivee at 0330!

Travelers should know, this is more an Airbnb than an Inn. There is no one on site to help. We had to check in late because of a delayed flight, and when we got to the property, there was no information on how to get into our room. The proprietor was entirely unresponsive trying to check in, which was scary. We had to wake up another guest, who was kind enough to help. The proprietor said they would schedule a transfer to and from the airport, but none came, so we had to hail a cab twice. The sofa bed was broken, so our son had a terrible night sleep. It's really unfortunate because the room was cute and a reasonable distance from the airport. There is also a really nice coffee shop nearby.

Excellent

The basic studio I booked was excellent. Very clean, very well decorated and most of all comfortable and quiet. There were little snacks on the table which the hostess had told me were complimentary. The only down side for me was that the shower floor had vinyl flooring so when it got wet it was very slippery and there was no handrail in case I slipped.

Gina was the absolute best. Our flight got canceled after being in the airport waiting for 11 hours. It was a very stressful day and our airline was not willing to help with accommodation. That’s when I came across Garden square in. Have never received such amazing genuine service. She was so helpful so accommodating and so kind. She gave us recommendations on where to eat and offered her help always. She was easy to contact and very responsive. Her customer service enhanced our stay in Greece despite the stressful situation. 10/10 recommend!!!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was a very convenient place to stay near the airport—pick up and drop off from the airport was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

The Owner,Georgia was "hands on" and tried to please her guests in every way possible. The exterior appearance is deceiving, but the rooms are comfortable and the hotel location near the town square is wonderful.
