“The room had an odor with a wet smell of the carpet as soon as we entered the room that triggered my wife allergies. I was suppose to have a King Size bedroom. I had double beds. No phone in the room. No iron board. Tub was dirty. It was not a good experiences at all. I deserve a full refund.”

“The rooms were clean, the staff very friendly especially the lady who prepares the breakfast and maintains it. The only thing I will be picky about is that the rooms have coffee pots but they don’t have the pods for them, there was coffee in the lobby but it was cold. It would be nice to have coffee in the room as well.”

“Room was clean but the picture they have on here for multiple beds looks like separate rooms it was not it just had multiple beds in one room. Hot tub was not filled up all the way over the jets. The beds are very comfortable but for someone that is short and old and can’t jump the beds were to high. We had to put my mother on fold out couch for her to sleep.”

“I didn’t like how we stayed on the second floor and all day and all night people on the 3rd floor were running and stomping all down the hallway. We had to call downstairs to the staff and ask them if they could call to the 3rd floor to stop running and stomping every 5 minutes of the day and night”

“Booked a king was given 2 single beds. No shampoo, soap or anything! Comforter was stain and looked like it needed to be washed! If you need a place to stay with no other options this is it. Otherwise spend a few more dollars and get better quality, cleanliness, and amenities!”

“We were there for one night. The electric wall outlets would not hold or support a phone charger when plugged in. The phone charger would fall out of the wall outlet. There were some gouges in the wall above the head boards that needed to be repainted. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned. Elevator button/lock was pushed into the wall and needed repaired. Exterior of the building could definitely use a power washing. Lobby, breakfast area, rooms and bathrooms were clean and beds were……
