「I didn’t know the hotel was smart hotel. Till we arrived. Talk a man … he was very rude and unfriendly. Lobby was so hot. He didn’t tell us their air conditioning the button in the remote. Where was that at. Till I got number for the lady. She helped us out where everything was when he got our room after two hours .. checked in But the room was okay clean The lady housekeeper was very nice and friendly. And it was not advertise at smart Hotel on Expedia otherwise I would not stay...
