The space
The 1st level accommodates a spacious living room with fireplace and dining area, a functional fully equipped kitchen to cover all your daily needs, a separate room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a work area and a bathroom with shower. The 2nd level accommodates a bedroom with a double bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. The 3rd level accommodates a bedroom with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a work area and a bathroom with a shower. The large terraces, the beautiful garden and the swimming pool with sunbeds create the perfect atmosphere for a pleasant and comfortable stay relaxing day and night!
The location
Although the apartment is located in a quiet area of Vari, the beautiful beaches of Attica such as Varkiza beach are only 2 km away as well as the local market to do your shopping! Nearby you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, a supermarket and a pharmacy.
Do not miss to visit Sounio and the archaeological site of the area which will offer you perhaps the most beautiful view in all of Attica!

During your Stay
For hot water please push up the switch on the electricity board that marked ΗΛΙΑΚΟΣ that is in a down position. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning units and lights when leaving the apartment.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
