「Room was perfect for what we needed, clean and well set out. Staff were fantastic. Easy parking and kids loved the jumping pillow, pools and water park. Highly recommended holiday destination 」

「Staff were amazing and cabin was lovely. Thing which was a real winner for me is the fact they had fans as well as airconditioning. Not many places have fans anymore. Lovely place to stay.」

「The tiny house was great, clean,, they provide everything you need, even a little portable stove in one of the drawers so you can cook a meal. A bit pricey though. Improvements - a covered house so you don't get kept awake by the rain hitting the roof, and an added patio roof so you can sit outside and not get wet and shaded by the sun. Other than that it was amazing!」

「The 2 bedroom room was amazing for size. The view over mountains was amazing. Rubbish found under the bed. Dusty window seals. Outdoor table and chairs had cob webs. They didn’t leave remote controls for the aircons. So couldn’t adjust. Had to call after hours. Mac was amazing and came out. But the aircons turned off after a few hours. Bedrooms was freezing. Folded up Tables and a big white board was left in the main area which wasn’t ideal with a little one.」

「we stayed in 1 of the tents, undoubtedly the most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept in. When we arrived the lady who served us at reception had no interest in helping us with anything. The showers and toilets were good and clean, camp kitchen was OK, There is not much to do here except the Lava Tubes and the volcano, planned properly you could make this a day trip and stay anywhere else」
