We were in town to see a concert at the Mercedes Benz amphitheater and were able to walk there with no issues. Hotel was very clean and the staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was very friendly and super helpful.

This is a beautiful hotel centrally located to downtown attractions. However, the star of the show is the staff! The first person we encountered was from the parking staff. I didn't get his name, however he was extremely kind and hailed from the beautiful country of Jamaica. The front desk staff was phenomenal! Mimi and Melania (hopefully I spelled that correctly) were amazing! They suggested area restaurants, were patient with my requests, and acknowledged my sons birthday! It's rare to find such excellent customer care these days!! The room was modern and clean. The view from the top floor allowed us to see across the area with a beautiful reflection of the ferris wheel.Although we had to pay for parking, I suggest pre-purchasing the parking package for a better rate.
