Clerks customer was all around horrible he was slow to check in several ppl when I first walked in on Friday. He opened my door without knocking or announcing himself. When I was late checking out instead of letting me know he’d have to charge me he instead threatened to call the cops I’m not sure if this was because of race or not but I found this odd as I was never asked to leave prior to this interaction. Very unprofessional some of the worst service I’ve had in my life couldn’t pay me to stay at this inn again all because he works there and mind you, all this harassment happen while the hotel was empty it’s not booked or busy and I can see why do better quality inn

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room (other than the bathroom) was very nicely remodeled. But the bathroom still needs considerable upgrades. The hotel was quiet and we rested well however.

1st room, no air, 80 something degrees in the room! 2nd room an hour later when you didn't fix the air, had HUGEST bug I ever saw in my life crawling on the ceiling!! Before moving to second room... Got ice... Had a roach FROZEN in an ice cube!!! Unacceptable!!! Third room... Was tolerable but doesn't make up for my earlier experience!!! I'm exhausted. I came here to REST!!!!
