The guest found a single small discoloration on a huge king sheet set. They were given replacements, linens that had been bleached and washed but you can always find imperfections. Guest would not show us the actual imperfection..so we couldn't verify what his complaint was. We provide king beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and ergonomic pillows. With large screen tv and streaming services, we are a great alternative to the hotels at a fraction of the price. We have five star ratings from the vast majority of our guests, but some can't be appeased no matter how hard you try.

The guest did not stay or view the premises..... All of our suites have king size beds and high quality sheets, large screen TV's, ergonomic pillows and cleaned every day! We strive every day to give a 5 STAR stay. Its disappointing to see guests drag down ratings without being in a position to make an honest review.
