The space
A grand old home on a stately street in the heart of Kirkwood. The private front porch leads to the Living Room. With ample space and indirect lighting, its comfortable for reading a book, catching up on some TV or just lounging. It opens to the dining room with seating for six. The padded chairs make for a sitting area to work or enjoy a leisurely meal. In the hallway behind the door, you'll find a stacking washer and dryer. The antique French Cabinet, houses wine and other glassware. Serene bedrooms are bathed in white with the highest quality bedding. Window covers are neutral with a soft Indian print. Each bedroom has a small closet with hangars and a dresser. A large glass block window offers lots of natural light in the full bath between the two bedrooms. A full length mirror in the hallway is for both bedrooms. The small kitchen has a double sink, microwave, stove with oven and Fridge. Pots and pans are hanging from the ceiling and cooking basics are provided. Small porch from the back is a connect to nature where coffee or tea can be enjoyed on the bistro set. Booster seat that acts as a high chair and pack and play are available for families.
Guest access
The entirety of the unit is accessible to guests. We live on the other side of the duplex and share the yard.
Other things to note
Dogs are allowed with prior approval from your host. Cats are not allowed. Pets should be kept off furniture.
The backyard is a work in progress. The concrete is uneven as it has been broken up by tree roots. You are welcome to wander but at your own risk.
