You`ll notice the difference the moment you sink in. The single bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms, keeping the floor plan open and easy to navigate. Central air and forced-air heating keep you comfortable year-round.

The outdoor spaces are where this home really shines. The screened-in porch is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine—bug-free and breezy. You will have access to the entire front house. There is a separate unit on the back half of the property that is rented out separately. There is a gravel pathway beside the house that those guests use to access the back property.

This lot has two units on it. So please be mindful of guests staying in the back house. No loud outdoor noise after 8pm.

Please clean up after your pets. A fee will be incurred if we have to send someone to pick up poo!

RULES & POLICIES:

Airbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:

- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.
- We ask that the responsible booking party be over the age of 25.
- No parties &/or events, glitter, tape, or confetti.
- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense.
- Please no loud music or noise after 8 PM.
- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.

ADDITIONAL RULES
- We are not a hotel and do not have access to commercial washers and dryers. So, guests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows.

REMINDER - Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the property.

We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. The owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes, but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as pool, hot tubs, television, etc. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said Vacationers and guests. The owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer’s belongings during their stay at the vacation rental. By booking this rental, you agree to all the terms listed here.
