The land is absolutely beautiful and although the cottage we stayed in (402) wasn't being worked on, the building next to us was. And when I say worked on, I mean literally being built. We received no warning about the construction going on (& it was everywhere). The room is very nice, but the bathroom doesn't make sense to me (no counter space at all and no fan in the bathroom). For less than what we paid, I could have stayed in a 4 star, and highly rated hotel in downtown Atlanta and received free breakfast the next morning. Once things are complete and all amenities are available I could maybe understand the high price of the room, but it felt like we were definitely over paying for what we received. As I read on another review somewhere, it is somewhat in the middle of nowhere so definitely have a full tank of gas before arriving. Also saw a cop on my way in and on my way out.
