We had two rooms booked for a wedding. Both rooms had the same problems. The water wouldn’t drain in the shower. By the time you were done showering, the water was above your ankles. There was also a similar problem with the sinks in the bathroom. In addition, one of our rooms had a broken shower handle, which made it difficult to regulate the water. it was also missing body wash from the shower wall. A little more attention to detail would be needed.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. We planned to stay here for 2 nights but after the first night we said HELL NO. We got to the hotel around 10p.m. and they were still cleaning out the 3rd floor where we were staying. Bags of trash and towels laying on the floor and when we complained to the night manager she completely disregared us in a very rude manner. She told us that the rooms were clean so we didn't need to switch rooms. She said that the day manager would be there at 11 a.m. and that they would give us a call. That never happened. The walls are so paper thin that we could here the people around us using the bathroom. DO NOT BOOK HERE. YOU WILL WASTE EVERY PENNY YOU SPEND. I have pictures of how nasty this place is but it wont let me post them. If you want to see how bad it is you can message me your number and I will send it to you

Easy process, just stayed there for a day as my spouse & I attended an event in the area so we really didn’t use the accommodations the hotel had to offer, definitely will book again. The only issue I had was the bed comforter had makeup on it, in which I don’t wear makeup, so the bedding wasn’t properly washed.

There needs to be better soundproofing in the hotel. We were on the second floor (room 220) and ambient noise was audible.

This place was probably one of the nicer places. It gets a little loud at night but it’s overall I really enjoyed my stay.

I booked this hotel for location but mostly so me and the kids could swim. The pool was ice cold, never got to use the pool at all. I reported it but still cold. The beds were very uncomfortable. Kept hearing door slam and noise in middle of night from neighbors. Will never stay here again

Pool is not usable, ice cold, asked 3 people about this. The hot tub should be shut down, so much stuff floating in it. The room reeked of smoke, we went home early, manager at desk said he would process refund. Still waiting....

My Sister, my friend and I stayed here While attending the Scrapbook Expo. great experience from Check-in to Check-out! Prince is the perfect person to have at the front desk! His smiling face and welcoming attitude are an asset to this hotel and made our experience even more enjoyable! We needed more Wash Cloths - it only took one Call and we had a fresh supply in justa few minutes!
Proximity to our event was perfect. But I arrived to check-in late morning and was told there'd be a $50 charge to check-in early. AND that the pool and gym were out of order.
