Staff were all very friendly, room was very clean, shower was amazing, breakfast good, location very central in downtown ATL. Would recommend to anyone who need to stay downtown for a few days!

The hotel was clean and very accommodating. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ask if you need anything. They have valet parking (additional charge). Just keep in mind that this is in a city. The first night there were people laughing and talking loud outside of the hotel which kept me awake at 2:30am but that is no fault to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend to anyone interested in looking for a hotel in the area.

OUTSTANDING hotel staff. Every single person. Had interactions with 7-8 different staff members, all above and beyond in assistance, guidance, and personality. Rooms were super clean and very spacious. Plenty to walk to in the area, great location! 10/10 recommend.

The key card system was down when we arrived. We had to be escorted to our rooms to be let in everytime. I understand thay is nobodies fault, but it was incredibly inconvenient. The manager on site was wonderful during whole the situation, however. I did not get her name.

We had a great time at this property! First I was skeptical, based on the reviews but I’m very glad we stayed her. The breakfast was really good and the staff were great. Especially, the Manager, I believe his name is Greg, (bald older white man)- the room was just like it was pictured. Special tip - we were able to find street parking around the hotel or right in front of it and skipped out of paying the valet fee ( I believe it’s 50 a day🙃)

We were there for a race this weekend and it’s really hard to sleep because you could hear anything from the rooms. Also parking… we appreciated the valet! But it would have been nice to have something with a parking garage nearby… we had to pay $100 for parking for 2 nights. This was no way the hotel’s fault but there was an event going on up until 4am and loud music until 4am… the race started at 730am … we were exhausted:(

The people who work at this hotel may literally be the nicest group of people I have ever encountered at a hotel and I travel and stay in hotels all over six months out of the year for business.

Will never stay again!!
When I arrived the suite I paid for which was a double and it was unavailable. Then I was was given two rooms and the heat did not work at all. Next day we waited for manager and she never arrived. The morning shift worker who’s name is Trey tried his best to accommodate us!! He was able to get us a double suite with working heat that day. We did have to wait until the room was clean. So we had not slept or showered that night because it was so cold. So thank you again Trey for doing your best to give customer service.

Not bad
Very friendly staff, good breakfast, decent location, but interesting choices in design and layout. Doors slam loudly in the hallways, rooms are a little cramped while also wasting space, the bathrooms don't have real doors (terrible for Multi-Person travels). Water is full of chlorine and leaves horrible discomfort after showers.

Great hotel
When I first looked into booking the Hilton Home2 Suites downtown Atlanta I was a little leery because of the 3.9 rating. I booked it and my wife and I stayed two nights for an Atlanta Falcons game. My wife is very particular about hotels so when she is impressed with a hotel it means something! We had a very clean spacious room with a comfortable bed. All the staff were amazing from the front desk to the valet agent. The breakfast was great also. Some people had posted the area wasn’t safe but we didn’t find that to be the case. We walked to and from the game and didn’t feel unsafe at all. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Atlanta. I truly believe this hotel should have a 5 star rating!!

Was charged an extra $75 usd because I have a dog.. was not mentioned on Expedia.. room felt like a closet because only window had a view of a brick wall and downspout.. 1 night stay ending up costing well over $200.. with the dog and parking.. my last Expedia stay was in vegas and was 10x better and cheaper.. no charges for dog or parking.

Location was great. Staff was friendly -TV channels barely worked, no guide, couldn't find channels. Neighboring rooms threw trash into hall and it stayed there the entire stay. Had to step over used towels and dishes. Supposed to be a smoke free floor but smelled like cigarettes, cigars and weed the entire stay.

I loved that the property was close to everything as we were there to go to Coca Cola, MLK Park, and Aquarium. I was there with my daughter and I definitely didn’t feel comfortable out after dark as far as safety. The property itself was very outdated, run down, not super clean. The staff was fantastic very friendly and helpful. Our coffee maker didn’t work and when I initially attempted to run the water thru it came out with disgusting particles. The towels at the property were thin and had no softness whatsoever. The bedding bedding was also thin and also lacked softness and warmth. Valet was $40/per night which seems pricey to me. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing special about it and I wondered if the eggs were real. All in all I was disappointed after spending >$600 for 3 nights. If it wasn’t for the staff I would have given 2 stars. Would not recommend.

Weekend in Atlanta
One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Plenty of options, very kind staff and management. The room i had was beautiful, nice view and very spacious. The rooftop was also a plus, very calm relaxing area. The hotel felt very safe. I almost made a comment about parking but it is ATL. Parking is tough to find anywhere, I used spothero to find a cheaper spot near by and it helped alot and initially you'll think the hotel valet price is steep until you see how much the surrounding hotels charge and the way the garages are set up. So Honestly I have zero complaints for my stay. I'm happy I found my favorite place to stay in the beautiful ATL. It's also in a very convenient spot. Very rarely does anyone hit a 10/10 in my book.

Had a great stay. Best part was location and the friendliness of the staff. From the woman who prepared the breakfast this morning to the front desk clerk on staff at six each evening all of the team members were super.

Our room had no information about the TV. No channel info or how to navigate. The biggest problem was a shrieking noise from something that perhaps came from the water system or something mechanical. It was occur every 4-5 minutes just when trying to sleep. It was late when we returned to our room so no way to address it after midnight.

Older property, nicely kept, friendly staff. 10 minute walk to Mercedes Benz Stadium. 24 hour diner a couple of clocks away. Public parking lot across the street, 24 hour valet available for $40.
