Check in was 30 minutes late. Hotel staff never told me it's additional to park on their lot - after giving me a pass that I never requested. Rooms need to be upgraded. No usb outlets at the desks; shower floors were rusted. Proxy keys would randomly stop working; refrigerator was old and screw holes Visible at the top. Bed was comfortable though.

I paid for a king room including breakfast. They denied that I had breakfast included. Also they are keeping a $150.00 deposit for “5 or 6 days” after I check out. Feels scammy. Nbd on the double queen room.

A big group of us traveled from all over to Atlanta for a wedding It was located in close proximity to every place that we needed to go. It was our second time staying at the Hotel Indigo. All around beautiful hotel it's clean and comfy. The front desk lady that was working that night went above and beyond for our group that stayed for the weekend. The only drawback is if you're flying in and arrive to Atlanta prior to check-in they make you wait until 3:00 or charge you $75.00 for early check-in if they have a room available.

Unappealing and terribly understaffed. Limited in service. Front desk cannot even make change so we can tip their service staff. Obviously a management skills issue. IHG used to manage their properties and franchisees a lot better. Just going down the drain!

Walked around 2 miles to a local Ethiopian restaurant that was excellent. College Park is beautiful. The community was warm and inviting. Keep your barrings cause it is the city, but overall the area is lovely.

Hotel says includes breakfast and does not. Hotel charges $14 a day for parking they don’t tell you about. The elevator was broke forn2 days and the stairs is located outside hotel. Charges a $150 deposit for room.

This property was close to the airport by their Metro line; however this was honestly the only plus to the property. The room was surface cleaned but many areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years: bathroom corners, around the shower and toilet, walls were disgusting with many splatters of what appeared to be dried toothpaste or lotion. Phone in the room didn’t work. We had to order delivery as nothing in the area was open on the holiday Monday - delivery actually arrived 30 min early but When delivery arrived at front desk - they couldn’t get ahold of us via our room phone so instead of coming to deliver to us upstairs or contact our cell phone numbers they had on file they let our food sit and when we went to investigate why we hadn’t gotten our food 10 min after our scheduled delivery and we find out it was sitting there for 40 min and the manager who was at the front desk said he tried to contact us but couldn’t reach our room as it appears the phone in that room isn’t working. Overall a very overpriced motel

The staff was very welcoming and I love that from the airport there a free shuttle bus to take you from the airport to the hotel and back.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. I waited until 7 PM for a room, the shower was nasty, no clean towels, and the restaurant waitress had an attitude. Definitely won’t be staying here anymore!

Following a flight delay, I booked a room with Hotel Indigo from my flight as it was 10:30pm and the next flight available to my destination was not until 8:25am. Upon arrival at the hotel (there was supposed to be a shuttle available-however I later learned it wasn't functional this night), the front desk informed me there was no reservation in my name. I provided a booking number and itinerary number, however I was not found as having a reservation and the hotel manager informed me there were no available rooms. The manager told me there was nothing they could do for me and told me that my booking number "didn't even make sense as their booking numbers don't start with the # 8?" I was exhausted, upset, and not sure where to go from there and the hotel manager proceeded to berade me at midnight for not having a smile on my face like the male customer they served after she had told me to move aside. I was unable to gain a response from the online support for expedia and was forced to book an uber to another hotel at midnight even though my account had already been charged 200.00 for the stay at Hotel Indigo. Following connection with expedia (once I was on the next hotel's wifi, I was advised that my 200.00 would be refunded within 7-10 business days.) I will never book another arrangement through expedia knowing this could potentially occur and I certainly will never book another reservation with IHG or Hotel Indigo after the experience with their management.

My daughters and I were in town for the weekend and decided to stay at this hotel because we stayed at an Hotel Indigo in L.A. Well the experience was not the same. Upon our arrival, we had to wait for 1 hour before a room was assigned. Btw, the room was paid for in advance. Our linen on both bed had urine stains on them. We ask for sheets to be change, it never happened. The manager acussed me of having 2 small children, needless to say my daughters are adults. The manager was very rude and mean. She refused to take accountability for things that happened at the hotel. There was broken furniture in pur room. The ceiling needed repairs, as it looked like it was going to cave in. There was 2 washclothes in the room for 3 ppl. When asked if someone could bring more towels to the room, she told me that i would need to walk to the front desk get more towels. Our room hadnt been cleaned since we arrived. We were told to put used towel in the hall before getting clean towel. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. The staff was rude and disrespectful!!! Oh and might i add my daighters and i went to the nearest walmart to purchase sheets for our bed, because there was dirty linen on the beds upon check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL‼️

Parking is a nightmare…
To begin with, this hotel puts an additional $150 hold on your card in addition to room charge. Not a fan. In addition, there is a $14 a day parking charge. The parking situation is why we not be staying here in the future. The parking is cramped and extremely, extremely limited. We arrived after a late night around 11:00 PM and after driving around for 10 minutes, determined there were no parking spaces. After two attempts, I begged to park behind the airport shuttle for the night, right in front of the hotel. The desk clerk indicated that some guests were using parking spaces for long-term airport parking. In any event, for the cost we will just stay somewhere with ample free parking. Rooms were nothing particularly special, although the college park location is very close to airport. Staff was friendly but it will be our last stay.

The hotel is in need of some sprucing up…pretty worn looking. Very hard mattresses and pillows. Our room wasn’t clean…sticky floors (obviously the previous guest spilled something all over the floor in front of the fridge and it wasn’t cleaned. Staff was very friendly though!!
