"My hotel experience here was awsome. The restaurant, bar, pool, and Lounge was a great experience 👍 🙌. I had my family with me and they; my wife and kid had a good time. Lastly, I can't forget about Carmen! Carmen gave me the best Frozen pina colada drink I've had in my life!!! It was a tasty experience."

"We always try to stay at this hotel when we travel. It is clean, has parking for flights, has clean, modern , comfortable rooms and beds, and a very good breakfast! There are also multiple shuttles running to/from the airport. The staff is always excellent and we have never had an issue staying here."

"Very impressive hotel for its architecture style and size. The location is very convenient if you want to visit the Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, the Centennial Olympic Park and the SkyView Atlanta Observation wheel and the hotel has a direct access to the public transportation train called Marta through a bridge where you can cross and it also connects to plenty of restaurants in the same place next to the station. Rooms are outdated and don’t combine with the futuristic architectural style, need to be renovated."

"The elevators need Maintance, getting stocked there and having to call my sister from my cellphone so she could call the front desk because the alarm button called but went to voicemail was definitely not a great experience. Fee rescue came in 25 min at least we didn’t have to wait too long."

"This was a very good last minute option. The room (604) has no view but that was not needed. It was very quiet and dark. I had an issue with the speed of getting the bill in the restaurant which caused me to miss a connection."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Phoenix Hotel in Atlanta! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. One of the sweetest things was how kind they were to our daughter, Rae. At check-in, the staff surprised her with little gifts, and it absolutely made her day! It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we’ll remember from our trip. ❤️ Everyone we encountered was so helpful and accommodating, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making their guests feel welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in such a convenient location for everything we wanted to do in Atlanta. We would definitely stay at the Phoenix Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our family’s stay so special!"
