"Arrived at the Hotel at 2:00 am after a delay Delta flight where miss my flight from
Orlando to South Korea ,the lady at the counter were really rude she state no rooms available till next day at 4:00 pm didn’t accept my request for early check in even by paying a fee, me and wife have to stay at the lobby treating different Hotels in the area but couldn’t find any other option but trying to sleep in the chair my wife 62 years old and me 63 when next shift arrived I requested early check in at 6:00 am 4 hours after we got to the Sonesta Hotel then the lady accepted early check in around 8:00 am after 6 hours at the lobby of the a hotel .
The heater didn’t work I have to request maintenance service the guy came to fix it but works for only 1 hour then have to call again and guy came back to fix it again the temperature at Atlanta was 32’
We have really bad experience with the Hotel staff only the maintenance guy did his job with good actitud.
Also realized that I have made a mistake booking the stay when wrong date which I realized right a way and cancelled my reservation at the Expedia app and booked agin with right dates and I have been charge twice and the staff told me refunds and cancellation are not available at that location "
