the tub in my room was horrible it was chipping and and it was stained dirt in it like UGH 0/10 the inside of the hotel is nice but ima pass on these non upgraded rooms! the breakfast wasn’t all that either like if the rate is higher due to breakfast they need to gone head and eliminate that cause i could’ve packed that n brought it TO the hotel myself.

The only problem was that one of the elevators was down and they only had two and we were assigned to the fourth floor and the elevator took us to the fourth floor but could not take it back down because it had mechanical issues but the maintenance man was there and he was very concerned about that issue and said they would address it other than that the overall stay was good. It’s our third or fourth time staying there and it’s always been good. I was concerned about the bad reviews and was skeptical about staying this time but it was all good. I even mentioned it to the staff.

The property was older and could use some updating. The breakfast eggs were not appealing. We also had a few issues with the room which the manager is trying to resolve for us with a rebate. It was ok, but probably would not return there. The staff were pleasant. We stayed 3 nights but did not get any maid service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited and exactly the same every day. My door lock was fussy and took multiple attempts to unlock it each time.

I was the most comfortable at my stay here . The staff was excellent and extremely polite. The ladies that clean the rooms are extremely respectful to your personal belongings as they do not touch them and they do not disturb you if you wish for them not to . Breakfast was amazing every morning and hot and fresh. Even the guests were respectful of one another. I felt safe welcome and relaxed. The television has so many channels that provide a wide rage of things to watch. I loved the privacy thank you so much for everything check out was super easy I had no problems .. clean and neat and the best part is the air conditioning works excellent and a coffee maker microwave and refrigerator was provided ice was available on both sides of hallways ..

The cleanliness wasn't the best and one of the elevators was not working and has been that way for awhile. The second elevator also went out to service on Saturday night. The staff was very nonchalant about it. I will not make another reservation at this hotel.

The front desk attendant was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. However, we were disgusted as soon as we entered our room. Sticky floors, trash on the ground and hair on the toilet and in the shower. Worst was the gross stains blood and bodily fluid stains on the pullout mattress and main chair in the room. We turned right around to the front desk (with photos), asked for a refund and went elsewhere to stay. I was not about to have my family stay in that hotel. And after at first being denied a refund, the general manager eventually did grant us a refund. So it all turned out ok, but I don’t think I’d ever recommend this location.

The bed smelled as though it had been dowsed in bleach. The smell was absolutely horrible. Also, the towels and rags smelled as though they had been dipped in bleach. There was a stain on one of the rags in the bathroom.

Go to hotel staff was quick to help me. Went to my first room the room smelled and it was stains on the covers. I went to the front desk and express my concerns. Needless to say they switch my room. I went to the other room and it was the same problem stains on the cover. I told the staff again I became overwhelmed and decided to leave & get a refund

While the front desk girl working the day we checked in( sorry I dont remember her name) worked as hard as she could to solve our problems the other staff we interacted with was just disgusting. 1. A/C not working in room2.no towels3. No hot water4. Refrigerator not cooling5. Micro not heating to make warm tea took over 4,min. Was at the hotel due to medical procedure and closness to facility. Went to gym to burn off my stress. Couldn’t turn down A/C it was too hot to work out. Thought about tv and just a little treadmill walk. No remote. Gave up went yo front desk and mentioned these things and before nice girl could open her mother a man at the other register boldly said to me we don’t have remotes if you want tv you need to ask for one here. I said ok guess you have major theft issues but understand. I replied might be helpful to guests to post a sign them that. It’s just a sign. Man yelled at me “go away” . I was finally offered by nice girl new room and said for it to be checked out for ac towels etc. she came back and said all was good. Not her fault but my spouse tells me be careful of the toilet! Apparently only one side of the seat was secured so strike again for housekeeping. Can’t clean a toilet without picking up the lid. Then to finish our stay this morning around .9:00 housekeeping parked the cart outside our foot and proceeding to talk loudly on his phone for the hour we were stilllin the room. While we both went up and down the stairs oh one elevator was out.

My check-in experience was amazing! Ms Gwen is the best guest services host I’ve encountered in a very long time! Now, the room was decent but the cleanliness could have been better. There was evidence that the previous guest had a party since there was evidence of balloon remnants and such. The microwave was unusable since it was so filthy. The request to have it cleaned never happened. I eventually used a washcloth from the bathroom to clean it. Otherwise, it was a decent stay. SN: When housekeeping are cleaning other rooms, they shouldn’t keep slamming the door on the latch. The noise travels and disrupts guests in nearby rooms.

There was only one elevator working at the very back of the hotel. There was a new computer system that none of the staff members knew how to run. Room over all was okay but the bathroom had black and pink mold in the ceiling and around tub. Also key cards quit qorkinf u less they keep them absoutely away from everything... which they dont tell you at check in.

The rooms were not clean even after they switch me to a new room bc the water didn’t drain in the shower for my first room. The staff was really nice & accommodating but the reviews lied!. It just wasn’t clean in my opinion.

Seems to be in a nice area. Gwen at front desk was very kind and quick during check in. Unfortunately the room was filthy with a dirty toilet seat, stained and dirty sheets with what looked like blood on them and other questionable hard spots like boogers. We were instantly given a new room but that one was not better at all and we decided to get a refund and go to a different hotel. Gwen was very apologetic and kind during it all. I would not recommend this hotel unless they can get new housekeeping staff.

The hotel wasn’t a bad place the staff was very nice and understanding. They were in the middle of changing and getting cleaning crew to accommodate the needs. Things were missing from the rooms, however they did upgrade us but the rooms wasn’t a clean as they should’ve been. Breakfast was good.
