Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Never stay here! They gave me a completely different place. Bed bugs and bugs everywhere! Not a safe location. We did not stay my family left immediately. The owner uses a 3rd party payment system not Vrbo. So you will not be protected by Vrbo and Vrbo can not issue you a refund

This was by far one of the worst vacation rental experiences I’ve ever had. The place was filthy and completely unacceptable. First and foremost, there were bed bugs — an immediate health hazard and a sign of extreme neglect. I woke up with bites and had to deal with the stress and cost of disinfecting my belongings afterward.The bathroom was equally appalling. The tub stopper was broken, making it impossible to take a proper bath. The toilet seat was loose, wobbling every time it was used. Tiles were missing from the floor, creating an unsafe and unsightly environment.Cleanliness? Nonexistent. The sheets were dirty, clearly not changed from the last guest, and the towels had hair in them.To top it all off, there was a loose electrical outlet, which is a serious safety concern.This stay was a complete nightmare. I cannot believe this property is listed on Vrbo. The host clearly does not maintain or care for the condition of the space. I would never stay here again and strongly urge others to look elsewhere.
