Hotel gave off older vibes. Nothing within walking area. Requires car or Uber service. No food options on Sunday after a long travel day and DoorDash was a flop. Cleaning was by request apparently as I had to ask for fresh towels the next day after returning from work. Front desk staff super nice and professional though.

We had to be out of our home for a few weeks due to water damage remediation. The moment we would walk in each evening you were greeted by a sincere and friendly staff. They spoke to us by name we exchanged pleasantries, and they were always anxious to know if we had any needs that they could meet. Each morning the breakfast staff not only prepared a wonderful breakfast, but their friendly demeanor got our day off on the right start. The rooms were meticulous, nice little details that made this day very pleasant. Overall, I have not seen a property that paid such meticulous attention to detail, was very comfortable and very clean. I am grateful to have a place in Sandy Springs to send out of town company. That will be close to home.

The pictures didn’t match in person. The building looked kind of “outdated “ maybe a new paint job is needed. Overrall it was a okay stay. The parking is on the sides and wrap around the building to the back. As the hotel became packed the odds of parking in the very back and walking all way around was at a high. The hotel was clean staff was nice. The location was very convenient lots of restaurants near.

Jeffrey and his staff were excellent when my handicapped son needed an accessible room. I wish the breakfast buffet wasn’t so expensive at $20 a person, but besides that everything was excellent.

I loved the hotel. Mainly for the location and price. I felt the room needed maintenance attention. There were many large chips around the doors and scuff marks and chipping paint in the bathroom/shower tub. The cleaning crew were very noisy in the morning making it hard to rest in the room. They were having loud conversations.

The place was nice and quiet. Easy access to get around town. One thing I found was a dirty towel in the corner of the TV stand and window. The cleaning person just have missed when he/she was cleaning. Overall the room was very clean and comfortable. The parking lot was safe for parking cars. It’s just the individual people that stayed there should be more respectful of keeping the parking lot clean and making this place to be nice. Just take your trash and throw it in the trash can. Some people just don’t know how to respect places to keep it clean when they stay there whether for a day or more at the Sheraton Atlanta hotel. The check in and out customer service was good. I would stay at this place again.

I loved this property. It was so close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers. Parking was easy and free. The staff was amazing and accommodating. Rooms were nice and clean!

The hallway doors SLAM shut all hours of the day/night which is very disturbing if you’re a light sleeper, I was woken up multiple times a night. Clean place, comfortable beds. Probably wouldn’t stay again because of the door situation though.

Great hotel! I loved my spacious room. Check in process was easy and quick. My room was diagonal to the fitness room which was perfect for me. Fitness room is a pretty good size and has good selection of weights, as well as a bench, three treadmills, a bike and an elliptical machine. Free parking and very close to Publix and other shopping stores. Also my room had a mini fridge and microwave which i wanted to include here because a lot of Marriott hotels don’t have a microwave in the room but this one did and that was so convenient! Really enjoyed my stay. I’ll be back!

Some of the property was updated with nice and modern furniture and accessories. However, the room obviously needed to be updated. There were areas on the ceiling and walls that had been damaged by water. The appliances were old and worn out. Several of the outlets didn't work and the safe didn't work. The staff were very friendly.
