Very convenient to downtown area. We paid for parking which was wonderful locked garage, not sure about other parking arrangements. Unit felt safe and was clean and comfortable. Some homeless in area if you would be out walking but we had transportation to local attractions. Would stay again.

I had the worst experience staying at this property! The property was extremely filthy, floors were nasty filled with crumbs, dirt, hair and overal disgusting. I found trash under the beds and dirty underwear and dust bunny’s and hair under the bed. The place looked like it was falling apart and had not need cleaned in months. The bathrooms has hair stuck on cabinets, drawers we dirty and hair in shower and on toilets. The walls in the bathroom had makeup on them and dirt. The ceiling in the kitchen had water damage and paint was hanging down. The dishwasher when running had water pouring out. There eas crumbs all over the floor in the kitchen. The did not have much cooking pans and utensils. The cooking sheet had food caked on the sheet and was bent. There was not any soap to wash dishes, paper towels and/or sponges. I had to go but bowls, hand soap, dish soap and paper towels. The bedding was stained and had hair in the beds. The extra bedding had blood stains on the the comforter. The blinds were bent ups and the ones in the main room were missing panels. The outdoor area was very cheaply put together and everything was falling apart. There was not a garage door to close the garage so you had to go outside out your hand in the slot to close the door. Several of the lights didn’t work as well as the record player. The pictures do not match the overall look of the place. If I would have known what a dump this place was I would have never rented!

It was spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The sofa sleeper is extermely hard and uncomfortable. The customer service is awful, Icalled for more towels and only received hand towels. I was locked out of my room for over an hour when the code stopped working. I was stuck on the phone with customer service who could not get in contact with the concierge of the property.

Property was great for our family of 6. Very spacious however, would've rated them higher for various issues. Sofa bed was horrible and damaged which I did address immediately and was credited. Appreciate that. My kids were fine sleeping on the sofa bed if you place the mattress on the floor. I can't see any adult sleeping on them though unless you just sleep on the couch as is but still it was uncomfortable sitting on them, you felt every bar. Unit does need a little TLC: paint is peeling in bathroom, toilet paper holder was broken, wifi very laggy and balcony carpet was a tripping hazard. The views were gorgeous and accessible to downtown. We went to the aquarium which is a must see if you visit. I would return in hopes they make these changes. Very private and quiet.

The code for the door has to be entered in a certain way to work. All of the sliding glass doors were jammed and did not smoothly open and close. The stove top only works with a specific type of cookware, so that should be the only cookware in the kitchen. The earplugs were a nice touch.

Busted blinds allow street lights tp shine in interrupting sleep. Noise from highway and hospital ambulances and police nabbing speeders on highway all night long. Sleep constantly interrupted.

Broken pull-out couch, otherwise great
The couch advertised as a pull-out was very broken and worn. Myself and a coworker stayed in town for work and I ended up just sleeping on the couch because I quickly realized pulling it out was not an option. Not the end of the world and the rest of my stay was fine and I really appreciated the simplicity and communication using Sonder. I was just surprised Sonder hadn’t replaced the couch already because it was in very rough and worn-down condition that couldn’t have happened just from the guest before me.

The Sonder Atlanta property was very good and fit our needs quite well. The location was perfect for easy access to the Congress Center and comfortable for my wife to hang out and work remotely. Loved the secure parking, the view, and the space! The bed was very comfortable. The things that could have been better, are the stair handrail was broken, and the sofa in the living room was not very comfortable (I think the bed in the sofa may have had issues but we did not pull it out to examine) - with these small issues - we would stay here again without hesitation.

The place was very industrial and it was situated on top of a birthing/maternity center. I believe the building had other businesses but it was quite odd seeing expectant mothers doing lamaze while going on the elevator. There were quite a few homeless hanging around the outside. The parking fee was outrageous but had to be done to be safe. This is the first time I paid for parking at a residential stay and I travel quite a bit. I never received a code for the garage door either. My nephew was not able to sleep in the main living room as advertised. One of the pullout sofa beds had a bent frame and was tilting. Then there was a missing vertical blind that allowed street light to come through at night. It was average but I was expecting a little more due to the pictures up on the website.

Got an email that the dishwasher is broken, hence didn’t use it. Washed dishes by hand. 2. Filthy sofa. Contacted with photos. Was told that the couch was treated, but stains didn’t come out. It’s just nasty. 3. No rug in living area 4. Sat down to eat dinner & was greeted by a dead fly on the dining table 5. Very noisy! I thought, windows were open, but no. Just noisy. 6. Fridge made weird noises 7. Broken curtain rod, taped in the middle 8. Wrinkled curtains 9. Scuffs & marks on walls 10. Mattress very hard 11. Nice balconies, but no chairs to sit on Suggestions: - magic eraser will remove most of the dirty marks on the walls - replace or buy covers for that couch - replace the curtain rod - iron/steam the curtains - add a rug in living area - add a chair & a table to at least one balcony - mattress topper

Good location for my business purposes. Plenty of options for groceries, restaurant etc within a few blocks. Sonder area of this particular building is secluded and safe. My only issues were my guest code not working to get into the building or into the common ateas where the fitness center was. Also, best bring a firestick or a means of hooking up a media source to the TV as there is no TV service. Apartment was in good shape, though could have been a little cleaner. I'd use it again, especially if you have family at the hospital across the street.

The private parking garage was great to have. Made vehicle security not an issue. The apartment itself was nice but the bed was very hard. There is a bunch of road noise due to it being right by the highway. Overall id give it a 6.5 rating.

Walked in smelled like smoke, burns on bed side table, took a full day to get access to T.V, lack of coordinating communication with on call service and on site staff, furniture could of been more comforting, view of the city was great from the balcony.
