Check in process was a nightmare... first, there is NO parking for this building! We had to pay $50 for parking next door at the Georgian terrace where I would have stayed to begin with but stay Alfred wouldn’t let me cancel my reservation once I found out there was no parking in the lilli midtown building. Second, the key cafe kiosk was not functioning so my husband and I,as well as two other couples trying to get into their rooms, could not get the keys out of it. After calling the customer service number we were told we had to wait 15 mins for the manager to get there to get our keys for us. Thanks to the awesome cleaning staff, who went out of her way to help us get our keys, we only had to wait 5 mins or so. There are also no luggage carts. The apartment was huge and very nicely finished and clean but after the hassle of getting in we didn’t really care. After getting over getting in, we settled in to watch some college football, which is why we wanted a suite with a living room in the first place, and the tv was terrible!!! We tried adjusting it but it seems that something was wrong with it’s HD capacity because it was NOT high def. I want to say that I am a reader of reviews but not a reviewer but I feel compelled to let others know about this experience. While the location is great and the apt is beautiful for the $400 we ended up spending we could have gotten a suite at the Georgian terrace with all the hotel amenities it comes with for less.
