Check in was confusing, owner didn't communicate well the process, delay in responding to text, doorman not helpful Advertised for 6 persons, only 2 beds 1/2 couches are horrible Advertised with 2 murphy beds, not! High top chairs were unstable and unsafe Owner fixed stuff as stay progressed, by the time we left it mostly got corrected

Not as described

The pictures are not what we walked into. There were no chairs for the breakfast bar, no rugs or comfortable couches with pillows. The only furniture was a tv, tv console, 2 very uncomfortable pleather couches and a coffee table in the living room. No where to eat meals. Plus the refrigerator was not working so all the food I brought, I had to throw away. The neighbors played extremely loud music until 4 am and the condo smelled horrible due to people smoking weed in the hall ways. Management was very understanding and refunded our stay however it was disappointing to book a place that looked welcoming to then be greeted with bare minimum furniture and throwing away our entire cooler of food.
