“We were in Beautiful Winfield to drop our son off at Southwestern College. We chose this because well 1 it was convenient to everyone, and 2 because it was clean. We enjoyed our stay, it was great having such an amazing place to work through the emotions of leaving your kids at college for the first time. We had plenty of space and fresh coffee for the morning. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone we can. Thanks Mike”

“Excellent stay, the house was wonderful and the host was great, the AC unit had an issue after the city lost power and she was very quick to make sure it was repaired, the house was perfect for everyone, the loft was great for the kids with two twin beds, and the two other bedrooms were nice with king sized beds, the location and distance to necessities made it easy for the kids to walk to buy snacks and drinks at the Caseys while the Walmart was only a bit farther at a minute or two drive……

“Book it! This house has been beautifully remodeled and makes great use of its space. 10 of us stayed for 3 nights while attending our son’s basketball tournament in Wichita. Andover was perfect to be in a smaller community that still had plenty of places to shop and eat while still being very close to our gym in Wichita. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained and it’s very easy to get on the highway to head into Wichita. We walked to the Braum’s that’s super close two nights and the boys……

“It was cute and it satisfied the need for a room without having to stay at a hotel. The couch was visibly dirty from maybe a dog with dirty feet. I’m sure it was just an oversight by the cleaner after the last guest. There is also a water leak from the shower into the living area. From the looks of the place these issues will be remedied before the next guest. It is a very quiet and tiny town. ”
