“The room it self was fine just as it was described aside from the Internet not working but we didn't mind that. The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. “Easy access to beach. Convenient location. Technically beachfront address. This particular unit does not have its own direct ocean view or direct outdoor seating. It sits closest to the road and deck area is view of parking lot If you did not rent oceanfront facing there is no area for you to step outside your door and enjoy your morning coffee unless you walk down to pool or picnic tables and then you can’t see the beach/ocean over dune lol Not all units are created equal. “We booked for a last minute short getaway. The best feature of the property was the convenient beach access. The unit was quiet, clean, and appeared to be recently updated. The futon was uncomfortable to sleep on for an adult. We would book again but would probably bring an air mattress. It's probably fine for small kids. Highly recommend for a short beach getaway.”

“Great location. Very close to beach. The A/C unit cooled pretty well. Was not expecting de-humidifier which ran constantly and was louder than the A/C unit. Even with blinds and curtains shut a lot of light came in room from the exterior lighting. No bathroom sink was rather awkward. Never seen that before. The shower was updated and very nice. We definitely appreciated the 2 ceiling fans.”

No communication at all ,1 message with the fine print circled talking bout the view but post said oceanfront with view but learned ya view jus not from the high dollar room Grills haha Will not stay at this place again !
