“The stove was not working. I had food ready to cook on the stove. I waited an hour, no one showed up. I kept calling the front desk and was told 15 min, then 10 min, then 15 min again. I had to go somewhere else to finish cooking. i was told that there was no maintenance staff on duty and they had to send someone from another property and then I found out the delay was because that person was on lunch. I asked for a discount and didn't receive it”

“The hotel room was bigger than expected and the breakfast was delicious. I loved being able to walk right out onto the beach even though there was a cold front coming through. We were still able to walk the beach and soak up the sun. The pool looked really cool, and was heated but I couldn’t get in with the temperature being in the 40s. I would love to come enjoy the amenities when it’s warmer out.”
