The apartment was recently renovated and has a private entrance, washer and dryer, ceramic tiled floors, central air conditioning, an outdoor grill and brand new furniture. This space has a limit of four people, with a California king bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout bed in the living room/kitchen. Please be aware that people live on the second floor, and small dogs are on the property. Pets are allowed but approval has to be given by the owners first.
