Nice stay for the price

This hotel was adequate for our needs. We were just passing through, so one night was fine. The bathroom was spacious, but the room is dated. Remodeling would help the image, but overall we had a nice time there and the staff was courteous.

My stay started a little rocky, but after check in I was very happy. Room is very clean and very nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable, and having a couch was a nice place to sit that wasn’t on the bed. Actually decided to extend our stay we were that impressed.

Anthony is an amazing host and ensures a great stay. It’s exactly what you’re expecting when looking at the accommodations but the high end of those expectations. Wawa and Dollar store across the street is very convenient. Rooms were large with good water pressure and comfortable beds. Would happily stay again and suggest to anyone I know.

Good lesson…

The TV was not working, they checked and fixed it The shower was leaking and terrible. The sink water drain was clogged. There is no night light, the existing lights are extremely bright - they are useless in the evening. The owners are friendly and helpful.

Little gem

There are many similar hotels in the immediate area that had poor reviews. This little gem was as billed. The owner when I checked in was very pleasant and even offered to turn the AC on for me. Room was huge! Interesting decor and a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. For the price, you can’t beat it.

Surely a good option

Absolutely "you get what you pay for" in a good way. It was one of the cheapest available and the cost-benefit ratio is acceptable. Approx. $200 with taxes for a night. Amit is a welcoming & accommodating person. You might not always have decent people as neighbors.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room clean and everything worked well until a nasty smell came out from the AC unit when I came back around 12:30AM. I needed to keep the AC on because it was hot and I had to check out the same morning and drive home so I didn't call the front desk. I gave the cleanliness 2 stars for that.

It was clean, comfortable bed. It was old and had a hodge podge of mismatched furniture that reminded me of my first apartment out of college 😆 The towels were rough and small. The sink was outside the bathroom (which is fine) but didn’t have any place for a hand towel. The toilet wobbled. The room was HUGE. Appreciated the large fridge with a microwave on top in the closet that was turned into a tv nook with 2” for hangers. Overall comfortable and clean and we would come back again for an overnight. Don’t expect any frills or finery.

Overall the property was well managed and decent. Surprisingly the bed and pillows were vey comfortable and I was able to get a good nights sleep. The one thing I was a little disappointed in is the shower head. The water flow is not that great. I know NJ requires a maximum of 1.7 GPM on all faucets but the shower seems less than that. My house has 1.7 GPM heads so I know what that would feel like. Overall I have no serious complaints for what I paid for the room. One suggestion I have for management for an even better stay is to clean the carpets in the room. After showering, walking across the room twice made my feet all black again. Granted all hotel carpets are not the cleanest in the world but I didn't expect walking twice across the floor and I have to wash my feet again. If I'm in the area I would stay here again.
