“The most horrible rude unprofessional staff i have ever seen . The worst experience i have had . The most insulting staff who has no manner yell and double charge my credit card , invade my room many times without my permission . I m. A physician who works at the hospital JFK right next to the hotel and this nasty assistent manger attacked me twice claiming i owe them when she double charged me and over charged me . I need my money back ”

“The resort overall is great, but we were put in a room that reeked like cigarette smoke. When we mentioned it to management they were unable to do anything for the first evening and even on the second evening, they only offered another cleaning to help mitigate the odor, which only worked for one evening. Overall these rooms really need an overhaul. ”

We could hear traffic from our room, and the train went by several times. The room was described as "able to sleep 4." Well, that was simply impossible. There was 1 king size bed. No couch. No futon. “Cute renovated old school Florida motel within walking distance to the attractions of Delray Beach. In a quiet neighborhood with a great coffee shop across the street. Easy contactless check-in with a great key system. Clean, comfy rooms. My only issue with my stay was that the air conditioning unit was pretty loud at night. Maybe you'd get used to it over time, but would recommend ear plugs for sleeping. ”
