"This was our favorite hotel during our 3 week trip. The property and room were beautiful, the view from our room and terrace was stunning. Staff was absolutely 5 star: professional, friendly, helpful...and luckily spoke about 4-5 different languages! We extended our stay because we loved the hotel and town so much. Highly recommend."
"Disappointing Experience Despite the Hotel Being New
While the hotel is new and modern, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. The rooms located on the side facing the gas station are extremely noisy due to constant traffic — it was difficult to rest with the sound of cars all night long.
Another major inconvenience is the swimming pool. It’s not directly accessible from inside the hotel; you actually have to exit the building and walk through a separate café/restaurant to reach it....
"Quite nice hotels although people need to be aware that facilities are payable. This should be included in the stay as the purpose for the stay is to relax and use the spa which was not. "
"After we come back from Chefchaouen, we stay here because we take train to Casablanca tomorrow morning.
It takes for 30 seconds to get to the train station from the hotel.
Also they have a decent restaurant serving ala carte with wine "

"Such a beautiful hotel with some of the best views in Chefchaouen! The grounds are incredibly well-kept, and the staff were kind and helpful. Yes, there are a lot of stairs (unavoidable in Chefchaouen), but honestly, the view is worth every step. We loved relaxing by the pool, and the decor is simple and very tasteful. If you're staying on a Friday, definitely pre-order the couscous - it was the best we had during our trip in Morocco!

"This riad was the highlight of our trip across Spain and Morocco. The wonderful management checked in with us ahead of our stay, arranged a local tour of the Medina (with Amine, who was terrific) and came out to meet us when we arrived and got a little lost. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the amazing decor to the high pressure shower to the delicious breakfast. Stay here if you can! "

"Wonderful, luxurious stay in the heart of the Old City of Fes. The staff was exceptional in every way. By dinner of our first day we were recognized and addressed by name. Nothing appeared to be any trouble. The Riad was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The dinning options were satisfying and ordering off menu was available (within reason). The front desk was helpful in arranging, city tours, drivers and guides. I would definitely stay here upon a future visit to Fes. "
