"What a nice boutique hotel. The staff was helpful and really focused on making sure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was limited but delicious and the views from our room were great. There aaa plenty of places to eat close by and the beach was a quick walk. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Wow, simply amazing from the start to the ride to the airport. We can’t express our thanks enough for the hospitality of the family owned and run Positano accommodations set on the side of the sea. Absolutely clean, safe and beautiful from the rooms to the breakfast we enjoyed every second. Oh yes, the owner is a Chef, so take advantage of a personal lunch or dinner, yummy. Hope to return someday. Thank you "

"The location is excellent. Really centrally located and walkable to everything you would need in Sorrento. Valet service is offered if you have a car and they are one of few hotels that are dog friendly with no weight restriction - we have a medium dog which falls way over the standard 5kg or generous 10kg rule!
The staff however, do not really leave an impact. Reception staff answer all questions appropriately but I wouldn’t describe as warm or friendly. F&B staff in abundance at breakfast but the spread was disappointing and coffee always delivered cold. Three mornings with three different coffees tried, all served tepid at most. Shame as it is a classic and old Italian building which has its charm otherwise. "
"It was amzing experience in Italy!! The hotel was very neat and clean! The staff at the front door were very nice and helpful! If I can visit here again, I would choose this hotel one more time!’"
"Terrific stay. Staff great. Included breakfast is vast! Room is great. Location is 3blocks from city center. Walkable to tran station which has great acess to Pompeii. Cleaning staff does detailed work. Front desk checin and help excellent."
"I usually do not take the time to complete reviews, even when I really enjoy the location. In this case, I’m anxious to do so, as the Grand Hotel Capodimonte in Sorrento, Italy, is an amazing place. Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, which not only includes our room, but the elevator, restaurant, lawns, etc. The location is amazing – you simply walk about 150 yards down the hill and you’re in the heart of the best shopping and dining in the city. Other hotels are on the strip, but they are “too busy”, and the 150 yard walk is worth it. A 10-minute walk to the marina to catch ferries to Pasitano, Alalfi, Capri, etc., and a 15-minute walk to the bus terminal for additional options. The staff could not have been more friendly. Complimentary breakfast was first class all the way.
Our plane left super-early from Naples (1.5 hours away), so we had to leave before breakfast was served. The hotel made us a “travel breakfast bag” to eat on the way to the airport. Incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated.
One of my finest travel experiences ever. A+++ and highly recommended.

"This hotel exceeded expectations! The balcony area was so nice, gorgeous view. The room was very clean, very up to date. The service from the front desk was superb. They gave us directions to town and recommendations for dinner. Breakfast had many options and staff was pleasant and helpful . If you are walking and cone from town with luggage, I recommend getting bus going towards Positano, the Will stop at the hotel. Walk in to town is a beautiful walk. I am really glad we stayed out of town it was so nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. This stay was one of the highlights to our trip! "
"Excellent hotel with amazing kind and friendly staff. The facilities were well kept and cleaned continuously so everything was sparkling. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast included a made to order egg station which is definitely a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel and would return again when in the area."
"The view over the Mediterranean from this hotel is mesmerizing. You are in for a delicious breakfast with lots of varieties if you want to try their restaurant. Just wish if there was an indoor swimming pool. Also, make sure to know about their shuttle bus schedule as there were no signs on the bus and the evening driver wasn’t that tourists friendly. Your only way to Sorrento is the shuttle or local bus ( SITA bus). Otherwise, taxi is a pricy option
Rooms are clean, room service is good."
