I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately ...

Our room was not the cleanest and the pool was shutdown without a warning. The pull out couch wouldn’t shut all the way and was really dirty.
