“Extremely disappointed about being charged on a minibar item after my departure from Auckland, without prior clarification. Only got an email informing me my credit card was charged. At the time of checkout I explicitly stated that no minibar items were consumed when asked. Felt utterly insulted and robbed when they charged me afterwards, and their behaviour makes me wonder that the hotel could basically charge you on anything after checkout. Would not have noticed if I didn't check my email.……

“The rooms are fine, if relatively basic. Room service menu is very limited and does not offer a wide range of options. Pity too the Japanese restaurant has no menu any longer and is only a buffet offering. Staff are helpful (especially the front of house gentleman at the breakfast restaurant). However, there was one day the room was not serviced at all ”

“This is the place to stay in Auckland. Its cool and well located to the water front where you will see restaurants galor. The rooms are terrific. The whole vibe id great!”

“The apartment was clean and in a great spot close to everything. Was a bit disappointed when arrived and code to get in did not work, had to find number to ring and get sorted. Very nice apartment, but fridge wasn’t plugged in when we arrived, we did not realise until a few hours later.”
