Experience was Great value was shocking as ut was affordable but the room was new renovations. The staff were loveky the receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating to last minute change. House keepers did excellent in keeping our room clean fresh towels and rubbish empty everyday. This place deserves 5-stars

We came in on an early flight and it was easy to get the key from the lock box. Our room was clean and stocked with toiletries. Staff were friendly and the free airport shuttle was great for our return. Taxi to the motel was really expensive so it saved us a lot. Nice little shopping plaza with a great cafe/pie shop close by. Extended early hours for the shuttle would have made it a perfect stay close to the airport .

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and accessing the unit with the swipe card was hassle-free. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of placing soap and towels on the bed. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Additionally, the shower pressure was excellent, making for a refreshing experience. Parking conveniently located outside the unit was also a great advantage. Thank you for providing such a pleasant stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Arrived late, found room key as promised, courtyard was dimly lit and room numbers either missing or faded and difficult to see But once inside found this rather unappealing exterior I found my small room to be very quiet, immaculately clean, furnished with nice bedding and towels, hot water for coffee or tea, fridge and microwave. Bed a bit too soft, but okay. The staff is friendly. Overall a great value if you need a clean, quiet overnight spot near the airport. Shuttle hours are rather limited and cab fare is about $50 NZ so a hotel at the airport might be a better overall option if you're arriving late.
