Contemporary Urban Retreat

Discover the joy of modern living with this brand-new townhouse. With a sleek layout and stylish interior, this property offers a perfect blend of comfort and contemporary design. Conveniently located near public transport and the New Lynn town center, this is the ideal base for your city adventures. But if it's natural beauty you are after its only a hop, skip and a jump to the Waitakere Ranges and Piha. With two large bedrooms and a fold out in the lounge there is room for all.

Guests will have full access to the entire property.

We're happy to answer any questions you have about the local area. Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by texting or emailing. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.

New Lynn, a vibrant suburb in the heart of Auckland, is a dynamic blend of urban living and natural beauty. Nestled on the western fringes of the city, this community boasts a bustling town center, a diverse culinary scene, and excellent shopping opportunities. With its proximity to public transport, New Lynn offers easy access to both the city's attractions and the stunning west coast beaches.

Please do not park in the communal areas as you will be towed. Please only park in the garage or on the street.
- Please be respectful of neighbours, no noise after 10pm
- Only guests allowed onsite - no further visitors.
- Please remove your shoes in the apartment
- If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed, you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
