Unfortunately the bar staff were completely in need of some training in customer service. Nice hotel but the standard of service at the bar lets it down. We waited a long time for our order,then when I queried it I was very rudely told they didn’t have the wine I had selected, so what do you want.. I was asked as if I was just a nuisance for even placing an order.

One of the staff at check-in seemed to have a very abrasive, arrogant personality, couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Aside from that, the rooms are laid out strangely and it was quite difficult to find the lift. Even the staff were initially unsure where the lift was from the lobby. The room was decent apart from the lack of noise insulation due to the single glazed windows. Light sleepers beware that you will be able to hear the trucks and the traffic across the road.
