We did not know that reception was only open until 4pm luckily we arrived 5mins beforehand. The lift broke down & we were on the 9th floor but they had it running again within the hour. Also the heat pump was making a loud noise. Overall though the location was perfect and the price was very reasonable

Fabulous location, especially if you are coming in or catching a cruise. Right on top of shops, waterfront very close, the tower, Weta etc lots of restaurants in easy walking distance. Arranged close parking at reasonable additional cost through hotel

Great downtown location close to shopping and restaurants, responsive staff but some rooms are very much in need of renovation, and the windows do not block out the noise from bars, cars and sirens, making it very difficult to get a good sleep.

The apartments were spotless. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. You are right in the middle of the shopping area and very close to Sky City. Also easy access to the Viaduct Harbour area. If you are staying on a Friday or Saturday evening, be prepared for loud music and noisy drinkers until 4.30am. We were in a B apartment so that was the corner of the building closest to the bars in Fort St. A C or D apartment may make this easier on you.

The apartment is a little dated, the gym wasn't onsite and was closed for the majority of my stay - not their fault, but one of the major reasons I chose to stay there. There was a really bad smell coming from the pipes and I had to leave the fan in the bathroom on for the whole 12 days I was there. The staff were lovely though throughout my stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping - they were incredible and deserve 5 stars.

Excellent! The room was clean, spacious and equipped with all amenities that we needed. Although a little tired, it feels more like your own private apartment than a hotel room which was comforting. Even with the somewhat self-sufficient approach, the available service was fantastic. The staff were friendly, attentive and patient - even after standard desk hours which was highly appreciated! As noted by other review's; there can be a bit of noise from the surrounding bars and nightclubs on Friday/Saturday night… But completely understandable and expected due to location. Overall we highly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return - thanks again!
