“Lovely hotel with great amenities. The pool was good and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location for the medieval town. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.”

“Staff were lovely, rooms were clean and air conditioned. Couldn’t have been better situated for our needs, very close to the castle. Only downside was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but that wasn’t the end of the world!”

“Ive never left a bad review but after not sleeping and finding bugs in our bed I had to. We had a dead bug in the bed upon check in, no buggy I moved it out. Main issue, their staff Nathalie placed us in a suite right under a refrigerator truck for their restaurant and their staff kept on talking and making lots of noise till midnight. I had book a suite and was shocked of all the noise. I finally fell asleep at midnight trying to tolerate the the situation but then at 5am massive trucks and……
