“Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled.
Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone……

“This is a difficult review to write because the property itself had a lot of charm, and the neighborhood was fantastic. But that’s not enough to deal with roaches.
My experience was significantly impacted by pest issues.
I checked in after 6:00 PM and immediately saw a roach. I contacted management right away by phone and email and provided photos and videos. Because there was a major festival in the area, I was unable to find alternative accommodations that evening. Later that night, after……

“It was private and quiet except for the subway going by outside. Since there is no front desk you get the entrance codes from an off site office. It took an hour of back and forth to get the codes. They kept sending dead links. The same at checkout. The floors needed cleaning. The bed was supposed to be a queen, it wasn’t. Or if it was it was the smallest queen ever.
