「I drove 9 hours to Georgia for the sentencing of my son’s killer which was already causing me anxiety and then 6 hours into my drive the hotel calls and says my room wasn’t available and they could offer me a smaller room for my family of four which is why I booked the family suite. 「非常差👎，是我所住的最糟糕的酒店」

「Got 3-4 calls from front desk in the middle of the night because Expedia messed up my booking. Had to pay for two nights when I booked just one. Most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Expedia gave me a full refund for how bad my experience was.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Very friendly staff. Check in was great. Clean room and great location.」

「The beds were comfortable and clean the bathtub was a little dirty but nothing crazy. The breakfast was kinda disappointing all they had was tiny bagels and waffles cereal and very watered down coffee and juice.」

「The rooms were very clean and updated!」
